About Everline Homes
Everline Homes was founded by two longtime friends and business partners, Cameron Johnson and Ryan Wilgers, with one mission in mind — to provide high-quality, affordable homes for first-time buyers in the communities they grew up in.

Cameron Johnson
Cameron Johnson is a third-generation home builder who spent his entire life around job sites and construction. Thirteen years ago, he began building both custom and spec homes, continuing the family legacy with a deep passion for craftsmanship and community. Cameron originally co-founded BlueChip Homes with his childhood best friend, Clayton Sparks. Together, they built a reputation for quality and integrity — values that remain at the heart of Everline Homes today. After Clayton’s tragic passing in 2019, Cameron continued building on the foundation they created.
Ryan Wilgers
Ryan Wilgers began his professional career in 2013 as a project manager in the oil and gas industry. By 2016, he was investing in real estate on the side and found a passion for housing and development. In 2019, he made the leap into real estate full time. Ryan and Cameron, friends for over 15 years, recognized an opportunity to combine their expertise, experience, and shared values to create something meaningful — and Everline Homes was born.
