Everline homes was founded by longtime friends and business partners cameron johnson and ryan wilgers with a shared vision: to build exceptional homes rooted in quality, integrity, and lasting craftsmanship.
With experience spanning residential construction, custom homebuilding, real estate, and development, Everline brings a thoughtful approach to every project. from beautifully designed residences to one-of-a-kind custom estates, each home receives the same commitment to quality, attention to detail, and enduring value.

Cameron Johnson
Cameron Johnson is a third-generation home builder whose experience in construction began long before his professional career. Surrounded by job sites and homebuilding from an early age, Cameron developed a deep understanding of the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and accountability required to build a quality home.
He began professionally building custom homes and spec homes more than a decade ago, carrying forward his family's building tradition. Cameron originally co-founded BlueChip Homes with his childhood best friend, Clayton Sparks, where they established a reputation bluilt on quality and integrity. Following Clayton's passing in 2019, Cameron continued building upon the foundation they created - values that remain central to Everline Homes today.
Ryan Wilgers
Ryan Wilgers began his career in project management within the oil and gas industry, developing a strong foundation in operations, execution, and large-scale project coordination. In 2016, he began investing in real estate and quickly developed a passion for residential development and homebuilding.
By 2019, Ryan had transitioned into real estate full time. Drawing on more than 15 years of friendship and complementary experience, Ryan and Cameron saw an opportunity to create a homebuilding company centered on craftsmanship, integrity, and a better building experience. From that shared vision, Everline Homes was born.
